About The Job:

An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Executive to join Engineering in Jumeirah Living World Trade Center. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

• Liaising with Residents for complaints, scheduled works and follow up.
• Filing of Quotation and Payment Work orders
• Maintain Engineering Department records
• Preparing monthly performance report.
• Steps for Monthly PPM Print out
• Uploading FLS Matrix
