Job summary

Confidential Holding Group in Dubai is seeking an Emirati Senior Executive – Statutory Reporting to join the Finance team. You will prepare and review IFRS-compliant statutory financial statements and support monthly and yearly closes.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, at least 1 year in statutory or financial reporting, IFRS knowledge, and proficiency in Excel and ERP systems like Oracle or SAP.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Emirati to join our Finance team as a Senior Executive – Statutory Reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review statutory financial statements in compliance with IFRS and applicable regulatory requirements. Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external auditors during statutory audits. Ensure timely and accurate submission of statutory and regulatory reports. Review financial records and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance. Assist in improving financial reporting processes, controls, and statutory reporting procedures. Support management reporting and financial analysis as required.

Requirements

Emirati with Family Book) Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. Minimum 1 year of experience in statutory reporting, financial reporting, accounting, or external audit. Knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards. Professional qualification (CA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) is an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP. Strong analytical, communication, and attention to detail.
