• Perform Rate Loading in relevant systems.
• Maintain interface between Delphi and PMS.

About the Job

An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Executive to join Revenue Management in Zabeel House the Greens by Jumeirah. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

• Assistin managing room and cateringauthorizations,rates,andrestrictions.
• Assist in preparing rooms and catering forecasts ona weeklyand monthlybasis.
• Direct the application ofappropriate inventorymanagement and pricing strategies to ensure that seasonal and day-of-week demand peaks aresmoothed,and that the propertycancontinuously grow its Revenue per Available Room (RevPAR).
• Prepare daily revenue reports and circulate them to the relevant stakeholders and departments (Reservations, Sales and Marketing, Finance) to keep them informed of revenue performance and raise any gaps inrevenue.
• Perform Rate Loading in all the relevant systems and documents to ensure that standards of ratecodesdata entry are met, and that thepropertyoffers rate parity.
• Assist Delphi Key Operator inmaintaining the interface between Delphi and PMS

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent university studies in commercial, technical, or scientific discipline
• +2 years of previous experience working in an administrative and /or analytical capacity interfacing with internal and/or external customers.
• Previous experience with Revenue Management systems.
