About the Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Executive – Media to join Jumeirah Group & Corporate.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Lead the execution of paid media campaigns across digital and offline channels, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand and commercial objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to support media planning, creative asset delivery, and campaign approvals, maintaining high standards and consistency.
  • Monitor campaign performance and pacing, proactively identifying issues and opportunities to optimise results and support continuous improvement.
  • Manage media budgets and reporting, assisting in spend tracking, reconciliation, and post-campaign analysis to ensure transparency and actionable insights.
  • Act as a key liaison for stakeholders, supporting hotel teams and internal departments to ensure campaigns are locally relevant, well-executed, and strategically aligned.
About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • 3–4 years of hands‑on experience in media planning, buying, or digital marketing within a fast‑paced, multi‑channel environment.
  • Strong command of paid media platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and programmatic tools, with proven ability to support campaign execution and optimisation.
  • Skilled in media planning workflows, with experience coordinating across agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to manage budgets, reporting, and performance data efficiently and accurately.
  • Comfortable with analytics and CRO tools, including GA4, Looker Studio, A/B testing, and landing page optimisation techniques.
