Job summary

Mubadala Investment Company, Abu Dhabi, seeks a senior Ethics and Compliance leader to develop and manage policies, lead corporate governance projects, and drive risk mitigation across functions. You will train staff, monitor policy enforcement, and ensure compliance with local and international laws.

The role requires extensive experience in ethics and compliance within a global organization, strong communication, and the ability to implement best practices across Mubadala’s operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or graduate-level degree in law.
• Certification such as CCEP or similar.
• Minimum of 13 years of experience in ethics/compliance leadership.
• Experience in a top-tier international organization preferred.
• Strong knowledge of local and international ethics requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage ethics and compliance policies and procedures.
• Lead ethics and compliance projects aligned with the program.
• Identify, evaluate and mitigate ethics and compliance risks.
• Design training programmes to raise governance awareness.
• Monitor and enforce policies across Mubadala Investment Company.
