The role requires at least 10 years in equine settings, proven leadership, and hands-on management of retired or rehab horses. UAE or GCC experience and elite facility exposure are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 10 years of professional equine experience.
• Strong experience in horse farms, racing yards, riding stables, equestrian estates, rehabilitation, or retirement facilities.
• Excellent practical knowledge of horse care and stable management.
• Experience managing retired, injured, or special-needs horses.
• Proven team management and staff supervision experience.
• Experience coordinating veterinarians, farriers, and equine specialists.
• Strong knowledge of equine welfare and stable hygiene.
• Experience with procurement, inventory, budgeting, and cost control.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and take full responsibility for operations.
• Comfortable working in a hands-on stable/farm environment.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily operations of the horse retirement farm and stables.
• Ensure high standards of horse welfare, feeding, grooming, turnout, care, and hygiene.
• Manage mature, retired, injured, and special-needs horses.
• Supervise stable and farm staff.
• Coordinate veterinarians, farriers, and other equine specialists.
• Oversee stables, paddocks, equipment, and general farm maintenance.
• Manage suppliers, contractors, procurement, and inventory.
• Monitor budgets, expenditure, and operational costs.
• Maintain operational records, SOPs, and reporting systems.
• Ensure safe, efficient, and professional farm operations.
