Job summary

La Fosse Associates in Dubai, UAE is seeking an Enterprise Security Architect with 10+ years of experience to shape the security architecture behind the transformation of luxury retail.

You will own the enterprise security strategy, governance and target-state roadmap, and collaborate with business and technology leaders to embed security by design across major programmes, including SAP security, cloud and AI.

Qualifications

• 10+ years as an Enterprise Security Architect / Security Architect Lead.
• Experience defining and governing security architecture in a large, complex or global organisation.
• Strong background in enterprise transformation, cloud adoption and technology modernization.
• Experience establishing security architecture frameworks, standards and governance models.
• Strong executive presence with ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive enterprise-wide decisions.
• SABSA, TOGAF, CISSP or equivalent certifications are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the Group's Enterprise Security Architecture strategy and roadmap.
• Establish security architecture standards, patterns and reference architectures.
• Lead security architecture governance and operate as a senior Security Design Authority.
• Shape security across major initiatives including SAP transformation, cloud adoption, digital/e-commerce platforms, AI and enterprise technology modernization.
• Partner with Enterprise Architecture, Engineering, Infrastructure, Digital, Data, Product and SAP teams.
• Provide architectural assurance, technical due diligence and guidance on major technology investments.
• Drive Security by Design, Zero Trust and modern security engineering practices.
• Influence senior executives and technology leaders while balancing business enablement with cyber risk.
• Lead and mature the Enterprise Security Architecture capability across a complex international environment
