Role Summary

The Enterprise PMO Specialist will support enterprise-level development portfolios, overseeing program and project delivery across real estate development cycles from master planning to construction and handover. The role supports governance, change management, and digital PMO frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide portfolio and program management services across development projects, infrastructure initiatives, and asset enhancement programs.
  • Deliver project management services including scheduling, risk management, procurement support, budget monitoring, and reporting.
  • Support change management activities across development lifecycle transitions (design to construction, construction to operations).
  • Contribute to PMO design, governance frameworks, and digital transformation of PMO tools and dashboards.
  • Monitor progress, quality, and compliance, escalating risks and supporting mitigation plans.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, master planners, and asset operators to ensure smooth project execution.
Required Qualifications and Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in PMO, program management, or project delivery within real estate or construction.
  • Understanding of development lifecycle processes (concept, design, procurement, construction, handover).
  • Familiarity with PMO tools, dashboards, reporting platforms, and digital PMO practices.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or PgMP certification preferred.
