Job summary

SearchPlus HR Consultancy is recruiting for a leading private hospital in the UAE. We seek a Consultant Otolaryngologist (ENT) with extensive clinical and surgical expertise to provide comprehensive care for ear, nose, throat, head and neck conditions.

The role involves managing complex ENT cases and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate should have a recognised Western postgraduate qualification and extensive experience in a

Qualifications

• Medical degree with a recognised postgraduate qualification in Otolaryngology / ENT.
• Western qualification such as UK CCT/CCST, American Board, German Facharzt in Otorhinolaryngology (HNO), or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and manage a broad range of adult and paediatric ENT conditions.
• Perform elective and emergency ENT procedures and surgeries.
• Manage complex ENT conditions of ear, nose, paranasal sinuses, throat, larynx, and head and neck.
• Provide preoperative, operative, and postoperative patient care.
• Work closely with Audiology, Radiology, Oncology, Neurology, Neurosurgery, Paediatrics, and other specialists.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure governance, infection-control and patient-safety standards.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, clinical audits, quality improvement, teaching and continuing professional development.
