Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

Software Architecture & Systems Integration

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable software architectures and middleware solutions for distributed multi-robot systems.
• Translate research concepts, algorithms, and prototypes into robust, production-quality software.
• Develop high-performance applications using modern C++ and Python.
• Establish and promote software engineering best practices, including code reviews, testing strategies, and maintainable system design.

Simulation & Sim-to-Real Development

• Build and manage high-fidelity robotics simulation environments to validate autonomous behaviors and multi-agent coordination strategies.
• Own and continuously improve Sim-to-Real workflows, ensuring reliable transfer of capabilities from simulation to physical platforms.
• Analyze telemetry, system logs, and field performance data to identify and close simulation-reality gaps.

Deployment, Testing & Validation

• Take ownership of solutions throughout the entire development lifecycle, from concept and simulation through physical deployment and validation.
• Participate in field testing activities, debugging software and system behaviors in real-world environments.
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to integrate autonomy, perception, communication, and coordination capabilities.
