AECOM is seeking a dedicated engineer to perform routine duties related to engineering inspections and evaluations. The role involves conducting walk-downs and checks for compliance with design specifications, evaluating engineering practices, and collaborating with technical staff. Under general supervision, performs routine duties related to engineering inspections and evaluations.
Displays knowledge and abilities to evaluate, select, and apply standard engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria to meet basic engineering and construction specifications.
Demonstrates application of sound professional judgment on work details.
Independently performs walk-downs and inspections of installed commodities to ensure conformance with specifications and design.
Performs quantity surveys for tracking and reporting purposes.
May provide technical direction to drafters, technicians, and surveyors.
