Allocation Assist is partnering with a leading healthcare provider in Abu Dhabi, UAE, to recruit a Specialist Endocrinologist. You will deliver high-quality endocrine care in a modern, multidisciplinary environment.

Ideal candidates hold MBBS or equivalent with a specialist Endocrinology qualification, a valid DOH license or eligibility, and 3–5 years of post-specialization experience, with strong diabetes and endocrine expertise and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must hold MBBS or equivalent and specialist Endocrinology qualification.
• Valid DOH license or eligibility to obtain one.
• 3–5 years post-specialization clinical experience.
• Strong expertise in diabetes management and endocrine disorders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose, treat, and manage endocrine and metabolic disorders in adult patients.
• Manage conditions including diabetes mellitus, thyroid disorders, obesity, osteoporosis, adrenal and pituitary disorders, and calcium and bone metabolism disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based clinical guidelines.
• Interpret and evaluate laboratory and diagnostic investigations related to endocrine disorders.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients on disease prevention, lifestyle modifications, and long-term disease management.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with hospital policies and international clinical standards.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits, and continuing medical education activities.
