Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a UAE-licensed Specialist Endocrinologist to deliver expert consultations, diagnose and manage endocrine and metabolic disorders, and develop long-term treatment plans.

The role requires strong outpatient experience, excellent communication in English (Arabic advantageous), and the ability to lead chronic disease management initiatives within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Licensed UAE (DHA, DOH HAAD or MOH UAE) Endocrinologist.
• Minimum 5 years post-specialist experience.
• Previous UAE clinical experience preferred.
• Strong outpatient endocrinology experience.
• Ability to manage chronic endocrine conditions independently.
• Excellent communication and patient engagement skills.
• Fluent English language skills.
• Arabic language skills are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver specialist endocrinology consultations and follow-up care.
• Diagnose and manage endocrine and metabolic disorders.
• Develop long-term treatment and chronic disease management plans.
• Interpret laboratory and diagnostic investigations.
• Support diabetes and metabolic disease management programmes.
• Educate patients on lifestyle modification and preventative healthcare.
• Maintain accurate and compliant medical records.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Participate in quality improvement and continuing medical education initiatives.
