Job summary

Otis is seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our maintenance team in Abu Dhabi/Sharjah. You will troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on elevators and escalators, ensuring optimal performance and safety.

With 5–8 years of hands-on experience, you will diagnose issues, carry out repairs, and maintain accurate service records while collaborating with colleagues to deliver excellent customer service and adhere to safety standards.

Qualifications

• ITI or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical field.
• 5–8 years of elevator/escalator experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair knowledge.
• Familiar with safety regulations and industry practices.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues in elevators and escalators.
• Performing repairs and maintenance on elevator and escalator systems.
• Conducting preventive maintenance (PPM) to ensure performance and safety.
