Job summary

Gulf News in Dubai is seeking a Senior Electrical Quantity Surveyor to join the Tender Department and drive cost estimation, risk assessment and contract administration for high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate holds a BE in Electrical Engineering with 10+ years of experience in MEP for tall structures, and has hands-on experience with UAE contracting norms and procurement processes.

Preference given to candidates who can join immediately.

Qualifications

• BE in Electrical Engineering with 10+ years of experience in high-rise building projects.
• Experience in tender department, cost estimation and contract administration.
• Want UAE contracting environment familiarity and procurement exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead quantity surveying activities for tender documents and cost plans.
• Manage cost estimation, variations, and final accounting for MEP works on tall buildings.
• Coordinate with project teams and external contractors to ensure accurate pricing.
