Job summary

Ohana Development is seeking a highly experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join our project delivery team on-site in the UAE. The ideal candidate will lead electrical execution for complex high-rise and tower developments, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design intent is delivered safely and on schedule.

You will review drawings, specs, and BOQs, supervise on-site construction, and drive testing, commissioning, and handover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 15 years of experience in consulting and contracting firms
• Proven track record in high-rise towers and large-scale developments
• Extensive knowledge of UAE/GCC MEP codes and standards
• Experience working in site-based roles
• Strong leadership and coordination skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and project specifications

Preferred Qualifications

• UAE experience is highly preferred
• Professional certifications or memberships (e.g., IEEE or PMI)
