Qualifications

• Experience in conducting Job Safety Analysis (JSA) for various tasks.
• Understanding of Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems and Lockout-Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
• Ability to conduct safety inductions and lead Toolbox Talks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed Job Safety Analysis for various tasks.
• Manage and audit Permit-to-Work systems for personnel authorization.
• Enforce Lockout-Tagout procedures for equipment safety.
• Ensure tools and PPE meet voltage requirements and are tested.
• Verify application of temporary grounding during construction.
• Oversee shoring and utility detection for trenching projects.
• Conduct site-specific safety inductions for contractors and visitors.
• Lead daily Toolbox Talks about high-risk activities.
• Lead Root Cause Analysis for near-misses and implement corrective actions.
