A leading technology solutions provider in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced e-FX Front Office Support Analyst to manage strategic e-FX initiatives. Responsibilities include operational support, developing product specifications, and conducting User Acceptance Testing to ensure seamless implementation in the fast-paced financial market environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an eFX Front Office Support Role.
• Experience in supporting 24x7 systems is desirable.
• Experience with products like Maxxtrader and Refinitiv is desirable.
• Technical exposure to bank systems and processes is important.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the operational delivery of business requirements.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing for new product rollouts.
• Analyze and develop specifications for new client-facing products.
• Coordinate closely with e-FX client services and GM sales.
