Job summary

Huda Beauty in Dubai is seeking a seasoned Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Consultant to own end-to-end ERP design for Finance, Supply Chain, and Commerce in a fast-scaling global beauty business.

You will lead requirement workshops, draft functional designs, configure core modules, and manage multi-company setups with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable, scalable ERP solutions. Strong English and 5+ years of D365 F&O experience are essential.

Qualifications

5+ years hands-on Dynamics 365 F&O experience.
Experience across Finance and/or Supply Chain modules.
Lead requirement workshops and create FDDs.
Full-cycle implementations and go-live support.
Strong analytical and communication skills in English.
Retail/ecommerce or beauty industry exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead design and configuration for D365 F&O modules.
Run fit-gap analyses and document FDDs.
Configure core D365 F&O modules: GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash, Inventory, Procurement, Sales, WM.
Handle multi-entity, multi-currency setups and intercompany processes.
Develop data migration, testing, cutover, and go-live plans.
Collaborate with 3PL, EDI, and integration teams.
Provide end-user training and ongoing support.
