Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with 6+ years PQE in a leading international Dispute Resolution practice.
• Strong commercial litigation experience, ideally including substantial court proceedings.
• International arbitration experience is desirable.
• Training completed at a leading international law firm.
• Existing regional experience is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Take day-to-day ownership of significant disputes and workstreams.
• Supervise junior Associates and coordinate counsel and experts.
• Work directly with clients on strategically sensitive disputes, often involving parallel proceedings across multiple jurisdictions.
• Manage due diligence processes and project manage effectively.
• Undertake business development activities internally and externally.
