Upskill marketing community & outcomes through DATA, capabilities, and tech-augmented solutions. Architect a future-ready, data-heavy, AI-powered MarTech ecosystem to accelerate capabilities, creativity, innovation and deliver measurable impact at scale.

  • Own data strategy, orchestration & governance - create the OU (Operating Unit) “Brain”
  • Architect a data-heavy, AI-powered MarTech ecosystem
  • Marketing and Commercial Digital products/platforms ownership and roadmaps.
  • Build and scale marketing capabilities especially acting as COE (center of excellence) for Data & AI literacy
  • Lead OU orchestration and backlog management, including workflow, marketing operations, and planning
  • Enable and activate the network to embed tech-augmented ways of working.
  • Lead a team of 4 talents
  • What Success Looks Like: Data and AI directly improve decision quality and ROI; Tools are adopted, not resisted; Capability gaps visibly close across markets; Marketing operates faster and with more precision;
Experience & Critical Requirements
  • Significant marketing and leadership experience (12 years+), with great focus in tech/data
  • Acumen across relevant marketing disciplines: innovation, creative strategy, connections, design, category/brand positioning & growth strategy
  • Led scaled, complex, cross-functional and cross-geographical teams and projects
  • Led projects and capabilities that leverage Digital/ Data/ AI as edges
  • Led and developed teams directly and external partners (agencies)
