Job summary

Brickstech, a UK-based group expanding in Dubai, seeks a senior marketing leader to own and grow three brands in a tax-free, Dubai-based environment.

You will drive strategy, brand equity, and performance campaigns, with direct access to the CMO and senior leadership. Visa sponsorship is provided for the right candidate; a competitive tax-free salary is on offer.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in senior management.
• Hands-on Google Ads search expertise.
• Proven track record growing SEO, content, and social channels.
• Experience building brand equity alongside performance.
• Experience hiring and leading a multi-disciplinary marketing team.
• Strong commercial instinct — revenue, CPA, ROI.
• Experience in a regulated or compliance-aware environment.
• UK financial services, legal claims, insolvency, or consumer finance experience a plus.
