Job summary

Abu Adel Heavy Equipment in the UAE is seeking a skilled Die Casting Engineer | Metal Forming Specialist to oversee metal casting processes, optimize tooling, and drive quality in production of high‑quality components. The role requires strong manufacturing engineering knowledge and experience with aluminum, zinc, magnesium alloys.

You will analyze process data, implement corrective actions, collaborate with tooling and production teams, and ensure safety, quality, and environmental standards

Qualifications

• Background in engineering disciplines related to casting and forming.
• Knowledge of die casting and metal forming processes.
• Understanding of material properties and heat treatment.
• Familiarity with tooling design and mold performance.
• Experience with quality inspection methods and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Develop, evaluate, and optimize die casting and metal forming processes for industrial production.
• Oversee casting operations involving aluminum, zinc, magnesium, and other alloys.
• Review designs, tooling specs, and casting requirements for feasibility.
• Monitor process parameters such as temperature, pressure, cycle time.
• Identify casting defects and implement corrective actions to improve quality.
• Collaborate with tooling engineers and production teams to improve die design and equipment efficiency.
• Conduct material evaluations and assess metal properties for forming/casting applications.
• Establish process controls and inspection procedures to maintain standards.
