Job summary

SAP seeks a senior engineering leader to head an AI-enabled product and platform team. You will drive delivery across the full development lifecycle, including roadmap translation, staffing, sprint planning, releases, and risk management.

You will guide scalable services, data pipelines, ML-enabled applications, and LLM-based features, ensuring architecture quality, observability, security, and operational readiness while fostering team growth.

You bring 8-10 years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or a related field, with a strong track record of designing and delivering complex systems.
