WePlay in Dubai is seeking a Senior Designer to join our award-winning agency on a six-month contract with potential to extend or become permanent. Reporting to the Design Director, you will lead creative projects for the UAE and wider Middle East, mentor junior designers, and help grow the regional studio.

You will combine strategic thinking with craft, guiding branding, identity systems, and multi-channel campaigns while collaborating with cross-functional teams and exploring AI-powered tools

Qualificações

• 6+ years of experience in a design role within a sports marketing, branding, or creative agency; ideally with significant experience across the Middle East.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the creative development of projects across the Middle East, from concept generation through to final execution.
• Translate client briefs into compelling creative solutions that are strategically informed and visually impactful.
• Design and develop brand identities, visual systems, campaign toolkits and marketing assets across a wide range of platforms and touchpoints.
• Provide day-to-day creative leadership and mentorship to junior designers, supporting their development through guidance, feedback and inspiration.
• Create innovative campaign concepts and activation ideas that deliver against commercial objectives and audience engagement.
• Collaborate closely with strategists, account teams, production specialists and senior stakeholders to shape creative direction and deliver integrated solutions.
• Present creative concepts confidently to both internal teams and clients, clearly communicating the thinking behind the work.
• Maintain a strong understanding of sport, fan culture, design trends and emerging technologies, ensuring our creative output remains fresh and relevant.
• Explore and integrate AI-powered creative tools and workflows to enhance ideation, storytelling, efficiency and execution.

WePlay is seeking a Senior Designer to join our award-winning sports marketing agency on a six-month contract with the potential to extend or become a permanent role. In this role, reporting to the Design Director, you will play a key part in building and growing our presence across the UAE and wider Middle East, leading creative projects for some of the region's most exciting sports brands and events.

Working as part of one integrated studio alongside our UK team, you'll combine strategic thinking with exceptional design craft, leading projects from initial concept through to final delivery. You'll mentor junior designers, contribute to the development of the regional team and help maintain the high creative standards that define

You Will:

You Have:

• 6+ years of experience in a design role within a sports marketing, branding, or creative agency; ideally with significant experience across the Middle East.
• Current UAE residency, and Right to Work in the UAE
• Native Arabic language skills, alongside excellent written/spoken English.
• Outstanding typography and design skills across both Arabic and English.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, identity systems and creative campaigns across multiple channels.
• Excellent conceptual thinking with the ability to develop ideas from strategy through to execution.
• Experience presenting creative work confidently to clients and senior stakeholders.

This hybrid role is based in our fabulous Dubai office.
