Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee execution of daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
• Manage safety, quality, and efficiency of all production activities.
• Enforce ISO and 7S workplace standards and drive continuous improvement.
• Identify bottlenecks and lead problem-solving efforts to improve production flow.
• Supervise and mentor production staff, conducting performance evaluations and training.
