Job summary

A leading delivery platform in Dubai is seeking a Sr Specialist Demand Planning to enhance grocery delivery services. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills. Responsibilities include demand forecasting, inventory management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence.

Qualifications

• At least 5+ years of hands-on experience in Supply Chain Planning and Import Shipments.
• Experience in retail groceries with a focus on Ultra Fresh.
• Familiarity with forecasting models and supplier scheduling.
• Detail-oriented, structured, and excellent at prioritizing.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop a highly accurate forecast for Import Shipments.
• Plan stocks and inbound containers for a 3/6 month forward pipeline.
• Act as subject matter expert on import shipment clearance.
• Work closely with Finance, Operations, and Commercial teams.
• Prepare and present demand planning reports and dashboards.
