Job summary

Open Innovation AI is seeking a Senior Delivery Engineer to lead hands-on deployment of infrastructure and platform solutions at customer sites and data centers. This role owns end-to-end planning, workshops, and execution of projects including HLD/LLD, rack-and-stack, cabling, and Open Innovation software rollout.

The ideal candidate has 5–8+ years in infrastructure delivery across compute, storage, and network domains, with strong Kubernetes and Linux expertise and go-live readiness.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years hands-on infrastructure and platform delivery across compute, storage, and network in data centers or colocation.
• Strong experience with server platforms and data-center networking.
• Proven Kubernetes deployment and platform software commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops with clients and vendors to shape technical decisions.
• Conduct site surveys and readiness assessments for space, power, cooling, cabling, grounding, and access.
• Create and maintain HLD/LLD documents; perform rack-and-stack activities; install servers, storage, networking equipment.
• Install and configure Linux OS (RHEL, Ubuntu) and Open Innovation software in Kubernetes.
• Deploy, validate and integrate Kubernetes clusters with automation suite; address deviations from design.
• Coordinate on-site delivery with data-center operators and stakeholders; provide status updates and risk management.
• Produce as-built documentation and runbooks; support handover to Operations.
