Job summary

Sharjah Education Academy in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Senior Data and Systems Analyst to lead data strategy, governance, and the optimization of data platforms within the IT department.

You will design data models, build dashboards, and implement ETL processes, with hands-on work in SQL, Python or R, Tableau or Power BI, and related BI tools. You will also translate business needs into scalable data solutions and provide insightful analytics for decision-makers across the academy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT; master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years in data analysis or systems analysis.
• Proficient in data manipulation, ETL techniques.
• Strong data quality and governance knowledge.
• Experience with SQL, Tableau, or Power BI dashboards.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
