Job summary

Our client in Dubai, UAE is seeking a senior Data Scientist to design and operate high-quality data pipelines and analytics for business decision‑making. The role focuses on building robust ingestion and transformation pipelines (Python, SQL, Azure Data Factory) from SAP and M365 into a central governed platform, ensuring data is traceable, accurate, and monitored end‑to‑end.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience in data science/engineering, strong analytical and problem-solving skills,

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in data science / data engineering with a focus on data quality and pipelines.
Expertise in Python, SQL, and Azure Data Factory.
Experience with SAP and M365 data integrations.

Responsibilities

Data Pipelines & Engineering: Build and maintain reliable data ingestion and transformation workflows from enterprise systems (SAP, M365) into a governed platform.
Data Quality & Observability: Implement production-grade validation, reconciliation, anomaly detection, and quarantine processes to ensure data accuracy and traceability.
Analytics & Modelling: Analyze data to uncover trends, anomalies, and business drivers.
Apply statistical analysis, forecasting, and ML techniques to improve decision-making.
