Job summary

MultiBank Group seeks a Senior Data Architect to own the Group-wide data architecture across core systems. You will design end-to-end data platforms from ingestion to consumption, across AWS and on‑prem environments, defining standards and ensuring a scalable, well-governed data foundation.

You will lead architecture decisions, collaborate with data engineers, application teams and governance to deliver reusable patterns and single version of truth across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Proven track record designing and delivering enterprise data architecture.
• Deep knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on with cloud data platforms and architecture patterns.
• Experience with ETL/ELT tools and data integration patterns.
• Strong SQL and data warehousing experience.
• Familiarity with BI tools and data governance concepts.
• Domain knowledge of CFD/trading data is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the group-wide data architecture strategy, principles and standards.
• Design the enterprise data platform across ingestion, storage, processing and modelling.
• Architect the data lake/warehouse with zoning and access patterns.
• Build and maintain the architecture roadmap and report progress to leadership.
• Provide technical leadership to data engineers and cross-functional teams.
• Partner with stakeholders across the group on architecture decisions.
• Promote best practices and ensure scalable, governed data foundation.
