Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Data Centre Strategic Key Accounts Engineer Manager for the Middle East / Emerging Markets based in Dubai. You will drive revenue growth by managing large international and national data centre accounts and coordinating cross-functional teams across regional and global levels.

The role requires a minimum of 8 years in data centre growth or account management, with deep knowledge of data centre design, operations, and executive leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical/electronic or mechatronics engineering.
  • Minimum 8 years of related data centre growth or account management experience.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and own an account plan to meet targets across sales, orders, pipeline, and margin.
  • Identify key decision makers and influencers; build strong client relationships.
  • Capture client challenges and align Eaton's portfolio to opportunities.
  • Oversee tender responses and ensure alignment between commercial and engineering teams.
  • Coordinate handover to post-order project management and services.
  • Report account performance and provide insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Bridge Eaton with client organizations including R&D, Marketing and Supply Chain.
