Job summary

TMC Middle East in Dubai seeks a Senior Data Analyst to join a prominent government authority and business organization. You will own enterprise-wide reporting and deliver real, measurable impact by turning complex data into clear decisions.

Key responsibilities include designing Power BI dashboards, building data models, and defining KPI frameworks with business units, while upholding data quality and governance standards in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in Arabic is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or BI Analyst role.
• Expert-level Power BI skills including DAX, dashboard design, and data visualization best practices.
• Strong data modeling and transformation experience across structured and semi-structured environments.
• Prior experience with government, regulatory, or large public-sector organizations in the UAE or GCC is strongly preferred.
• Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is preferred.
