Job summary

Dubai Corporation For Ambulance Services is seeking a senior cybersecurity professional to develop and enforce the corporate cybersecurity strategy in line with Government of Dubai and UAE regulations. You will define and update policies, manage risk, and oversee security for IT systems and data across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Information Security or Cybersecurity (Master's level).
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Information Security or Cybersecurity (Bachelor's level).

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance the corporate Cybersecurity Strategy and KPIs in alignment with Dubai and UAE regulations.
• Develop and update corporate cybersecurity policies, methodologies, and programs per government frameworks and standards.
• Define and review roles and responsibilities of stakeholders involved in implementing cybersecurity controls across the corporate environment.
• Manage cybersecurity risks through a systematic approach to protect corporate information and technology assets, in compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct cybersecurity risk assessments for technology projects and before major changes to the technology infrastructure.
• Develop, maintain, and document cybersecurity requirements to protect corporate external smart applications against cyber threats.
• Develop, maintain, and document cybersecurity requirements for identity and access management (IAM), including user identities, system access, and access privileges.
• Develop, maintain, and document cybersecurity requirements for backup management and information encryption within the corporate environment.
• Develop, maintain, and document cybersecurity requirements to be incorporated into contracts and agreements with external entities and service providers engaged by the department.
