Job summary

CreditCare Credit Management LLC in Dubai is seeking a Female Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team on-site. You will handle customer inquiries, provide excellent support, and maintain accurate records to ensure high customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 3 years of sales experience, prior customer service is preferred, and strong English communication. UAE residency is required. Salary up to AED 5,000 monthly, with visa, medical and other benefits as per UAE Labour Law.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience in Sales and/or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
• Assist clients with queries, account details, and service information
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
