The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience in B2B SaaS customer success, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of FinTech solutions. Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS customer success, account management, product management or strategic consulting.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the day-to-day contact for assigned accounts, building trust and rapport.
  • Review customer journeys to address issues and achieve goals.
  • Implement strategies to expand accounts and increase retention.
  • Offer product solutions to customers’ pain points.
  • Maintain collaboration and communication between internal and external teams.
