Job summary

Getty Images in Dubai seeks a Creative Project Manager to develop and execute strategic creative vision across our Middle East network. You will convert data-driven insights into compelling visuals, mentor creators, and collaborate with insights, sales, and marketing teams to strengthen our content strategy.

You will lead ideas, recruit emerging talent, and ensure content remains commercially relevant and award-worthy while coordinating multiple streams with strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience within visual communications or advertising industries.
• Proven mentoring and development track record.
• Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to secure passport and travel internationally occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Act as ambassador for Getty Images and recruit/advocate among Middle East creators.
• Mentor creatives remotely across the Middle East and provide performance feedback.
• Brainstorm shoot ideas with insights and curation teams.
• Promote Getty Images and iStock’s creative offerings through initiatives.
• Advise on roster portfolios, reviews, and growth guidance.
• Collaborate with Creative Insights, Sales, Product, PR and Marketing to strengthen relationships.
• Build relationships with creators, network, and customers across the business.
• Support content metrics and track performance against strategy with Senior Director.
