A leading project management firm is seeking a skilled professional to develop and maintain budgeting systems, oversee contract activities, and ensure compliance with quality and safety policies. The ideal candidate will have 10-12 years of relevant experience, preferably in the UAE region, and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Quantity Surveying. Strong interpersonal skills are essential for developing client relationships and managing project costs effectively.

Qualifications

• 10 - 12 years of relevant experience.
• Must have prior UAE region experience.
• Chartered QS certification preferred.
• Knowledge of costs and FIDIC.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain systems for budgeting, cost control, estimating, and reporting.
• Review construction project activities and variations for approval.
• Ensure cost estimating and control procedures are included in tender specifications.
• Oversee post-contract activities including payment applications and dispute resolution.
• Deliver accurate cost reports, forecasts, and financial analysis.
