Job summary

Penspen is seeking a Senior Corrosion/Materials Engineer (Offshore) based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role requires extensive corrosion engineering experience on major oil and gas projects and familiarity with construction and commissioning phases.

Ideal candidates will have a chemical or mechanical engineering background with a focused study in corrosion/materials, and demonstrable proficiency in MS Word and Excel for project documentation and data analysis.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience, with at least 6 years in corrosion engineering for major Oil and Gas/Petrochemical projects.
• PMC experience in a similar role is preferable.
• Knowledge of Saudi Aramco Desktop Standards and procedures is beneficial.
• Exposure to construction and commissioning phases is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Computer literate with MS Word and Excel proficient.

• At least Twelve (12) years of experience; Six (6) years of them within the field of Corrosion Engineering for major Oil and Gas/Petrochemical projects
• PMC experience at similar role for at least several years is preferable.

• Previous exposure to construction and commissioning phases is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Computer literate with all MS Packages, particularly Word and Excel proficient.
