Job summary

A travel and tourism company in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an experienced Ticketing Officer to handle travel arrangements for employees. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of corporate travel experience, proficiency in AMADEUS, and exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills. This role requires the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks, ensuring compliance with travel policies and maintaining accurate records of expenses. Weekend and after-hours availability is expected.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate travel industry, available after hours including weekends.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate travel policies and destination management.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and book international and domestic flights and hotel bookings.
  • Negotiate with vendors to secure the best rates for travel.
  • Manage inventory and pricing strategies for cost-effectiveness.
  • Handle last-minute bookings, changes, and cancellations.
  • Maintain accurate records of travel expenses and billing.
