Qualifications

• Familiarity with UAE law and international arbitration.

• Advise on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings.
• Shape the legal framework for on-shore and offshore contracts and EPC agreements.
• Ensure compliance with UAE law, international sanctions regimes, and internal risk policies.
