The successful candidate will manage contractual and commercial aspects, ensure compliance, and support the construction supervision team. The ideal applicant has at least 20 years of experience in roads and infrastructure projects and a solid understanding of UAE construction law. Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years of total experience, with strong exposure to roads and infrastructure construction projects.
• In-depth knowledge of FIDIC conditions of contract and UAE construction law.
• Proven ability to manage contracts, claims, and variations effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer project contracts in line with company policies and client requirements.
• Review and interpret contract terms, conditions, and obligations to ensure compliance.
• Evaluate and manage claims, variations, and change orders raised by the contractor.
