Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years postgraduate experience in major high-speed rail projects.
• Experience managing large teams of up to 15 people.
• Sound knowledge of international contracting mechanisms like FIDIC.

Responsibilities

• Manage all commercial aspects of executing the programme management consultants role.
• Monitor and report contracts administration performance by Consultants.
• Assist in developing contracts and procurement strategy standards.
