Parsons in Abu Dhabi, UAE seeks a Contracts Administrator to join our project team. The role focuses on contract administration for high‑value projects, ensuring compliance with contract terms and timely resolution of contractual matters.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 3 years of experience in contract administration, including multi‑contract environments. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Business Administration, Finance, or related field from a recognized university.
• Minimum 3+ years demonstrable experience in Contract Administration.
• Previous experience working on fast paced contracts and working on projects with multiple contracts

Responsibilities

• Participates as a member of the project team, assuming responsibility for explaining positions and resolving matters of a project nature related to the contract.
• Monitors and administers the projects provisions of assigned contracts to ensure that contract requirements are met.
• Prepares letters to the contractor Regarding contractual matters
• Produce letters to client requesting approvals and interpretations required to comply with the provisions of the contract.
• Identifies contractual problems and takes appropriate action to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
• Follows up on problems demanding management attention to ensure a timely response to the client.
