Job summary

Bilfinger Middle East is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to join the Mafraq Development Project in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on post-contract activities, ensuring robust commercial, contractual, and financial control in line with FIDIC and client requirements.

You will lead cost management, claims handling, and dispute resolution while applying value management to optimize project outcomes and preserve cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Law, or related field.
• 15–20 years of experience in contracts management within construction, oil & gas, or industrial sectors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all post-contract activities from contract award through close-out.
• Lead budget and financial management, including cost control, forecasting, and reporting.
• Manage cost claims, Extension of Time (EOT) claims, variation orders, and dispute resolution processes.
• Apply value management principles to optimize project outcomes and control costs.
