Job summary

KBR Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Construction Supervisor (E&I) for an Offshore PMC project on a 6 weeks on / 3 weeks off rotation. The role demands 12-15 years of construction – E&I experience in oil & gas, with offshore exposure.

The candidate will supervise E&I construction/fabrication activities at the yard, ensuring compliance with specs, drawings, and quality standards while upholding HSE policies and a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering is a minimum requirement.
• Minimum 12-15 years of proven experience in Construction – E&I within oil & gas industries. Offshore Experience is mandatory
• Supervise and coordinate E&I construction and fabrication activities at the yard, ensuring compliance with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards
• Ensure strict adherence to HSE policies and actively promote a strong safety culture across all activities
• Ensure all construction activities meet project quality and compliance requirements
