John Wood Group PLC in Abu Dhabi seeks a Senior Construction Engineer - Electrical, Instrument & Telecom to lead on-site activities, ensure projects meet schedule, budget and quality standards for a high-profile client.

You will coordinate multi-discipline teams, apply construction management processes, and deliver safe, reliable and compliant construction across large-scale energy projects in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated on-site leadership for large EPC projects.
• Experience with electrical, instrumentation and telecom aspects.
• Strong coordination and safety/compliance focus.

Responsibilities

• Assures quality and integrity of each project, bringing projects in on schedule and within budget.
• Oversees total construction field effort to ensure project is constructed in accordance with design, specifications, budgets and schedules.
• Coordinates with multidisciplinary teams on-site to maintain progress and safety standards.
• Generally responsible for projects or a subset with value above USD 500 million.

The key objectives for this role are:
