Job summary

Azizi Group, a leading Dubai-based developer, is seeking a Senior Concept Architect to lead the conceptual design phase and translate client needs into compelling architectural concepts.

You will collaborate with engineers, designers, and project managers to ensure cohesive development, conduct feasibility studies, and present ideas to clients, refining proposals with feedback. 8+ years total experience, incl. 5 in UAE, required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Architecture or related field.
• At least 8 years total experience; 5 years in the UAE.
• Experience in architectural design and project management.
• Strong creative vision and ability to think strategically.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptual design phase translating client needs into compelling architectural concepts.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers designers and project managers to ensure cohesive project development.
• Conduct feasibility studies and site analyses to inform design decisions.
• Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders incorporating feedback to refine proposals.
• Stay updated with industry trends technologies and sustainable practices to integrate into designs.
• Mentor junior architects and contribute to their professional growth.
• Advanced proficiency in 3ds Max Rhino or similar rendering software.
• Develop and present architectural concepts and designs through detailed 3D models and renderings.

As a Senior Concept Architect reporting to the Head of Concepts and based at our Design Studio in the Al Hudaiba Awards Office Dubai you will have the opportunity to work across a diverse range of projects in our residential sector.
