We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Compliance Manager to join our insurance clients team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of compliance within our organisation. This includes ensuring that our company is in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations as well as internal policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures in accordance with local laws and regulations
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing compliance programs and make recommendations for improvement
  • Conduct regular compliance audits and reviews to identify any potential areas of risk or non-compliance
  • Provide guidance and support to other departments on compliance-related matters
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and ensure that the company is in compliance at all times
  • Develop and deliver compliance training programs for employees
  • Investigate and resolve any compliance issues or violations that may arise
  • Prepare and submit reports to regulatory bodies as required
  • Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory agencies as needed
  • Lead and mentor a team of compliance professionals
