The ideal candidate holds a RICS-accredited degree, is MRICS/FRICS chartered, and has at least 10+ years

Qualifications

• RICS-accredited degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management is required.
• Chartered MRICS or FRICS designation is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial and contract management across pre- and post-contract stages for major projects.
• Oversee cost planning, estimating and pricing from feasibility to contract award.
• Lead and sign off cost plans, estimates and pricing with market alignment.
• Price and review BOQs and tenders, including rate build-ups and risk allowances.
• Review contractor pricing to ensure value for money.
• Lead procurement and tendering, including strategy, tender analysis and award recommendations.
• Advise clients on procurement strategy, contract selection and risk allocation.
